Bourne Again
The Langley spooks have much to answer for, and We the People must be re-born rather than re-Bourne. In The Bourne film narrative, we were shown how compartmentalization (or: com-part-mentalization) keeps the upper-tier spook managers in a rarified ‘safe’ environment, free to engage in MkUltra programs, and assassination plots, and shape the international political sphere. The new breed super soldier agents such as Bourne are merely programmed pawns with a license to kill. The notion of ‘Art imitating real life’ is tip-toeing around the 500 Lb gorilla that inhabits the contemporary political-media sphere. It’s the gorilla that has overstayed its visit—and we’d just like the beast to go back to its dark jungle and leave us alone.
It may also be relevant to mention a few anecdotal correlatives while we’re blazing the dark jungle trail. When I went to hear Dick Gregory speak at a university in 1978, he brought our attention to the fake Oswald-as-lone-gunman deception as well as the significance of Africa in terms of globalist objectives. Gregory was best known as a standup comic in the 1960’s. He later became an outspoken truth-sayer and dedicated his life to teaching people about diet and nutrition—two of the more significant elements when reviewing population control and programming. Control the mind through the microbiome in the human gut and you can affect human behavior.
Ditto: Fluoride, a known neurotoxin (and contributor to Alzheimer’s and dementia and memory loss). Dick Gregory would concur that inner city food deserts in tandem with toxins in the water are high-level deep-state warfare against the people who remain nutritionally ignorant. Meantime, we now know that GMO’d corn is wired to cause sterility—another de-population tool in our midst. Gregory’s parting words on the day I heard him in 1978 was: “Keep your eyes on Africa.”
[Footnote: shortly before Dick Gregory passed in 2017 he posed a question regarding chem-trails and its effects on human behavior, esp the violence of black men against black men in cities. While this may seem a bit of a stretch—social engineering is no theory, it’s discussed openly by the likes of WEF managers and Globalist minions as a necessity.]

Truman finally signed the National Security Act in September 1947, which gave birth to the CIA.
The Langley operation may have been the primary deep state Intel hub (re-birthed out of WW II’s OSS—enter Allen Dulles and Prescott Bush influences) when first conceived during Truman’s presidency; and yet, now the US has a list of 17 agencies comprising a comprehensive data analysis network. Most people are aware of the CIA —made famous and approachable via the Bourne films; although in that film series, the upper echelon spooks are also portrayed as ruthless and duplicitous.
How many citizens know about the DIA(Defense Intelligence Agency), or the Air Force ISR?

Many talented ‘US Intel, Inc.’ employees, who love America, are just doing their jobs as research analysts and getting paid decent salaries to follow the boss’s orders.
In the Bourne series, the character portrayed by Joan Allen, ‘Dr Pamela Landy’, starts out trying to fulfill her duties and protect whatever it is she’s told to protect. The Hitchkockian “McGuffin” in the plot structure are “Treadstone”, and “Blackbriar.” These two operations are significant insofar that it is a known fact that the CIA has a long history regarding mind-control research and secrecy. The scheduled assassination of a political figure takes a back seat in the primary plot narrative, which is the mystery of Jason Bourne and his inability to recall how he ended up lost at sea with bullet wounds. From a macro-psychological perspective, I find the archetype of Bourne as symbolically representative of the collective amnesia of US society. To quote Gore Vidal, “America has a Teflon memory.” And—we’re also lost at sea, and entangled in a deluge of propaganda and disinformation.
As a brief diversion, consider the Laurel Canyon music hub in the 1960’s ‘summer of love’ period, where members of the Monkees, Mamas & Papas, Byrds, and other world-famous pop icons lived and created music, and was also the site of a CIA film laboratory[and coincidentally, the CIA was experimenting with LSD during this era.]
Fast forward to a recent interview with RFK, Jr with James O’Keefe, where Bobby explains how the “Mockingbird” program successfully infiltrated all of the corporate media journals of repute—NY Times, Newsweek, WSJ, and so forth. Many of us curious types have been aware of the media’s alliance with the Langley spooks, thus— this is old news for some journalist sleuths. In the bigger scheme of things, CAA (Creative Artists Agency) was created in 1975 —by one man named Michael Ovitz, or so the ‘self-made man' tale goes. [estimated worth: $500 Mil]
The way he was then…
This has all of the usual CIA thumbprints all over it. The CIA would use CAA to infiltrate and influence film and TV production output. Predictive programming rears its head again! Try to bring that up in polite conversation sometime. Coincidentally, 1975 was also the year when the Church Senate hearings took the CIA to task and demanded disclosure for its nefarious secretive operations in the US and in foreign countries. This is when the “Mockingbird program” came up for discussion for the first time, for the general public’s consideration. Some of the Mockingbird dots connected for the late-night radio talk show hosts who could see that ‘credible’ news anchors, such as Walter Cronkite, were on the spook payroll.
Moving forward through time, many of the trusted news anchors continuously toed the line for the military-industrial corporate complex and the DoD’s agenda, i.e., to sustain the ‘never-ending wars’ mentality; the fear and threat narratives; and to keep the cash flow from our treasury going in the M.I.C.’s direction. [as a sleuthing exercise— especially focused on the 1960’s and 1970’s decades—reviewing the board member names for Raytheon, etc. and retired military officers is a most informative approach when analyzing the details of the deep state’s operation.]
Why all of this spook history matters is that the breadcrumbs lead us into the top tiers of American political power, and GHW Bush was no exception. He was CIA director in 1976. GHW Bush would become POTUS from 1989-1993. This laid a path for other Langley operatives that led to the White House. DC Politics is riddled with spook riddles, and Barack Obama is perhaps one of the best examples of the spook’s infiltration program in action.
Leading up to GHW Bush’s CIA ladder climb to the top:
“Congressional committees led by Representative Otis Pike and Senator Frank Church were formed in early 1975 to determine “the extent, if any, to which illegal, improper, or unethical activities were engaged in by any agency of the Federal Government.” The leak of the Family Jewels coupled with the investigations tainted the public image of the CIA and plummeted the morale of Agency officers.”
“The Church Committee’s investigative work ultimately led to reform efforts throughout the intelligence community. However, a dark cloud now hung over the CIA. The Ford Administration concluded that the Agency needed a new sense of purpose and a new director who could improve relations with Congress.”
Interpretation: Clean up the CIA image with more Mockingbird PR tactics, or the entire clown show might get shut down (which is what JFK wanted to do in 1963—to shut the CIA down.)
“As a decorated naval pilot, Texas Congressman, National Chairman of the Republican National Committee, Ambassador to the UN, and Special Envoy to China, George H. W. Bush had established a reputation as a strong leader with an impressive resume. On January 30, 1976, George H.W. Bush was sworn in Director of Central Intelligence. Bush’s tenure as DCI marked a turning point for the Agency as he led the CIA out of its period of darkness. He restored focus and boosted morale, quickly connecting with CIA’s workforce. Agency personnel were impressed with his friendly and outgoing persona. The new director was enthusiastic to meet CIA officers and was always interested in hearing their ideas and opinions.”
The Family Legacy Angle and Bourne’s Narrative
Using ‘Treadstone’ as a point of analogous reference, we may consider how Jason Bourne’s (his real name: David Webb) father, Richard Webb, was a spook program designer involved with Treadstone—the program that David Webb was destined to become aligned with as the unwitting son. Amnesia is a significant factor in terms of the success of the Treadstone mind control programming tech. Amnesia is a handy byproduct of MkUltra brainwashing.
The fan base for Bourne explains:
“Treadstone is a highly covert, clandestine assassination program within the CIA, operating from an office in the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia. It is so secretive that nobody is aware of the existence of the program outside the very people running it, with the knowledge of Treadstone only known by the CIA Director itself. The assassination program targets individuals who represent an immediate threat to the U.S government or the CIA itself; usually individuals with the knowledge of CIA's shadowy interests or people who need to be silenced to prevent exposure of highly clandestine information.
Treadstone is unique in regard that it only operates a small network of highly trained operatives with limited oversight. While other programs usually detail and plan the assassinations themselves, Treadstone has the opposite approach, only providing the target to the operative, who then plan and organize assassinations on their own. Ostenibly, while this may be due to the level of intense training and intelligence of Treadstone operatives, in reality, it serves to prevent any unnecessary risks of exposure on the field. By placing the burden of planning and exercising operations solely on their operatives, it allows the program to run with a minimum amount of personnel, without the need of an extensive field network of operatives (such as surveillance, recon and assault teams), instead combining them together into a selected number of highly skilled individuals who are then trained to be elite assassins.”

Fast Forward to the Spooky Obama Presidency
The correlatives between Bourne and the makeover of Barry Soetoro are too glaringly obvious to discount as coincidental—obviously, the screenwriters did their homework and were aware of the operational template. Code names and multiple cover names were also part of the Oswald operation. [Dick Gregory delivered an excellent slide presentation in ‘78, showing various spook assets that all had the code name, “Oswald.”]
Also, many journalist-researchers (who were not run by Langley) suspected Obama’s actual connection with Kenya rather than the fairy tale that he was“born in the USA.” This may also be considered a notable detail when considering CIA operations on the African continent—a mineral-rich geopolitical resource that is now being more fully exploited by Chinese interests. [plausible clue: Obama=Manchurian candidate Mach I. Biden is Mach II, mega $billions of Yuan at stake.]

The following comes from a 2010 report and details the coverup on Barry Soetoro’s identity, his spook roots, and an African connection. Since the CIA controls the MSM, we can now look back at the News-spellcaster’s gaslighting efforts that were most effective during the Obama years:

“Obama, Sr., who left Hawaii for Harvard in 1962, divorced Dunham in 1964. Obama, Sr. married a fellow Harvard student, Ruth Niedesand, a Jewish-American woman, who moved with him to Kenya and had two sons. They were later divorced. Obama, Sr. worked for the Kenyan Finance and Transport ministries as well as an oil firm. Obama, Sr. died in a 1982 car crash and his funeral was attended by leading Kenyan politicians, including future Foreign Minister Robert Ouko, who was murdered in 1990.”
“CIA files indicate that Mboya was an important agent-of-influence for the CIA, not only in Kenya but in all of Africa. A formerly Secret CIA Current Intelligence Weekly Summary, dated November 19, 1959, states that Mboya served as a check on extremists at the second All- African People’s Conference (AAPC) in Tunis. The report states that “serious friction developed between Ghana’s Prime Minister Kwame Nkrumah and Kenyan nationalist Tom Mboya who cooperated effectively last December to check extremists at the AAPC’s first meeting in Accra.” The term “cooperated effectively” appears to indicate that Mboya was cooperating with the CIA, which filed the report from field operatives in Accra and Tunis.
While “cooperating” with the CIA in Accra and Tunis, Mboya selected the father of the president of the United States to receive a scholarship and be airlifted to the University of Hawaii where he met and married President Obama’s mother.”
“An earlier CIA Current Intelligence Weekly Summary, secret, and dated April 3, 1958, states that Mboya “still appears to be the most promising of the African leaders.” Another CIA weekly summary, secret and dated December 18, 1958, calls Mboya the Kenyan nationalist an “able and dynamic young chairman” of the People’s Convention party who was viewed as an opponent of “extremists” like Nkrumah, supported by “Sino-Soviet representatives.”

USAID [reads like: ‘You Said’… —really?] is another notable Langley ally or “tool” and asset. This is how a photographer working for National Geographic can be paid for a photo shoot while doubling as an intel research asset. It puts a whole new spin on all those African articles in National Geographic. We may now understand why leaders in Libya or Iran accused Western journalists of being spooks. And this also translates as, telling the wrong person that you’re an American ‘journalist’ might get you killed.

“The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government that is primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid and development assistance. With a budget of over $27 billion, USAID is one of the largest official aid agencies in the world and accounts for more than half of all U.S. foreign assistance—the highest in the world in absolute dollar terms.”
In conclusion, USAID qualifies as a useful spook money-laundering tool for deep state ops. A credible audit should be in order, and yet— a “Top Secret” designation makes public reports on any audit unlikely. Next time some bureaucrat wishes to scrutinize your budget, just inform them that your budget allowances are Top Secret, and to divulge such information would be a threat to national security.

National Security is our birthright, and we must always consider our individual sovereignty as sacrosanct and a matter of self-preservation.
