As I was reviewing this I felt it was worth re-posting. Especially as reliable sources indicate that Rogue A.I. is active and creating havoc in our digitized realm at present.

A century ago the foundation for today’s technocratic elite was formed.
History of the Term
“The term technocracy is derived from the Greek words τέχνη, tekhne meaning skill and κράτος, kratos meaning power, as in governance, or rule.”
“William Henry Smyth, a California engineer, is usually credited with inventing the word technocracy in 1919 to describe "the rule of the people made effective through the agency of their servants, the scientists and engineers", although the word had been used before on several occasions.[1][2][3][4] Smyth used the term Technocracy in his 1919 article "'Technocracy'—Ways and Means to Gain Industrial Democracy", in the journal Industrial Management (57).[5] Smyth's usage referred to Industrial democracy: a movement to integrate workers into decision making through existing firms or revolution.”[5]
“In the 1930s, through the influence of Howard Scott and the technocracy movement he founded, the term technocracy came to mean, 'government by technical decision making', using an energy metric of value. Scott proposed that money be replaced by energy certificates denominated in units such as ergs or joules, equivalent in total amount to an appropriate national net energy budget, and then distributed equally among the North American population, according to resource availability.”[6][7]
“There is in common usage found the derivative term technocrat. The word technocrat can refer to someone exercising governmental authority because of their knowledge,[8] or "a member of a powerful technical elite", or "someone who advocates the supremacy of technical experts".[9][10][11] McDonnell and Valbruzzi define a prime minister or minister as a technocrat if "at the time of his/her appointment to government, he/she: has never held public office under the banner of a political party; is not a formal member of any party; and is said to possess recognized non-party political expertise which is directly relevant to the role occupied in government".[12] In Russia, the President of Russia has often nominated ministers based on technical expertise from outside political circles, and these have been referred to as "technocrats".[13][14] —Scholarly Encyclopedia
SENSE-ABILITY
The talents of the human animal are relatively unknown, or at the very least, under-acknowledged— especially in the technocratic sphere. To put it boldly: The human organism, to include the undervalued ability to “sense” a threat ( ‘gut instinct’ = the microbiome nourishes a healthy brain) is a multidimensional event and shares an alliance with the Earth mothership. We are the Earth’s stewards, even when we behave as lost souls negotiating survival in an artificial realm with all of its materialist distractions.
As stewards, we benefit when engaged with a healthy eco-logically cooperative understanding of our role as caretakers; and in return— the Earth mother provides us with shelter and nourishment. If we ignore nature and its lessons we will starve or perish due to the mal-adjusted dysfunctional disregard for the sense-abilities bestowed upon us by the creator.
Our teacher, i.e., ‘nature’ imbues humans with a natural biological (bio-logical) balance that provides (via a harmonious student/teacher relationship) the template for the authentic sustenance of human life. To ignore or disconnect from our role as stewards for the Earth mothership is a death sentence for the human species—and artificial intelligence will not rescue us from this fate. The model of the corporate privateer and predatory pirate (as embodied by the Rockefeller/WEF clan) is indicative of precisely that which threatens the evolution of the human species.
Ditto: Gates’s Computer-geekdom (mindless subservience to AI); Bezos (mindless consumerism, aka ‘consumer zombies’); Pharma-pushers (co-dependent with the consumer’s mindless addictions and/or lack of holistic healthcare); and FrankenFoods (poisoned food accepted as ‘FDA approved’, and therefore, deemed as ‘safe’) franchises.
Mostly, we have lost our way as souls due to the great Technocratic con job. The Technocratic putsch went into hyper-drive during the Twentieth Century. A century of programming has not brought us closer to God or knowledge/ wisdom. Instead we swallowed a bitter blue pill that has served the techno-elite well. The elite’s banking matrix and financial template are integral to the maintenance of the dogma and ideological perspectives which sustain the ideals of technocracy.
ADVERTISING—Contexts are Significant
Hollywood, and especially the advances in electronic gear, brought the tele-vision screen into our living rooms in 1948 when the consumer models first arrived. However, the earliest stages of successful cathode ray tech goes back to 1927.
The genesis of the ‘Living room’ screen experience—
“The first ‘television’ system broadcast was a straight-line by Philo Farnsworth on September 7th, 1927. The press was presented with this scientific breakthrough on January 13, 1928 and it even headlined a few major nationwide papers. Needless to say, a straight line was not mass marketable, hence by the end of the 1920s there were only a few dozen televisions in the world. All of these were in research labs.”
The big consumer leap would occur in 1954:
“The next big innovation came in April of 1954 when RCA introduced a color television set. It initially failed to be popular with only 5,000 selling in the first year. Notably, this adoption rate was much higher than the original television sales (although it isn't until 1964 when one million color televisions a year are sold.) Following this production landmark, NBC announces that all but two prime time shows will be broadcast in color.”—Cornell.edu
To sell the instant gratification of ‘eye-candy’ there had to be a product worth seeing, and thus, ‘programming’ as an art form was born. The “TV Guide” was the ‘program’ guide that told us what to watch and offered the menus of titillating selections.
The above 1960’s TV show images feature such innocuous narrative genres as: Genies & Astronauts (magic and pseudo-science); Sci-Fi and Space (predictive programming?); and a very successful Spy spoof (the engineered acceptance of dark and dirty Deep State dealings).
The creation of Maxwell Smart and the white hats (Control) and bad guys (Kaos) was the satirical brainchild of Buck Henry with support from Mel Brooks. ‘Kaos and Control’ actually defines the parameters of the Technocratic narrative and the ‘either/or’ dilemma. We are told that we have two options: Control or Chaos. The dream of the Technocrats is to cultivate blind obedience to Big Brother, and this is indicative of total control of the herd. We learned to accept the necessary protection mechanisms of Big Brother’s deep state. Control = ‘safety and reliability’; and Chaos = ‘mayhem and unpredictability’ and the threat of harm.
In a sense, the Get Smart satire proved to delve as deep as Star Trek in examining the philosophical conundrums that humans have faced for eons. As a fellow thespian said to me many years ago, “Americans like the truth sugar-coated.” I say, “true dat!”…Sitcoms are a very popular stress-relief genre.
The three categories exemplified on the selected TV Guide covers that I emphasized—chosen for program consideration and approval— might suggest that the 60’s cultural zeitgeist was defined by spies, space, and magic. In fact, all three of those entertainment genre archetypes also defined much of the political intrigues and governmental expenditures for that decade and many decades to follow. And the ‘magic’ might easily translate as: a magician’s sleight of hand, or the proverbial ‘pulling of the rabbit out of a hat.’
On the TV Guide cover for “Get Smart”, we also see a headline that says: “How I Found A Wife On Television”—and this predates internet dating and Face Time romances. Were we being groomed for the next wave of marketing and the consumer sales schemes scheduled for the 21st Century? …Could families and dating ever remain the same considering herd-think and the ‘program?’
THE PROBLEM(s) WITH THE NUCLEAR FAMILY ‘STEREOTYPE’—
The premise for the nuclear family rests upon a foundation of gender stereotypes and presumed career options. The careers depicted in TV shows were terribly limiting and limited in scope. The cookie-cutter ‘stay- at- home moms’ were saccharine and sanitized. Perhaps the unreality of the projected choices for women might’ve even annoyed women to the degree that they decided that merely being a good mom was a waste of time. And considering how hard the moms were working (for no pay), perhaps this realization set up the exodus of ‘stay-at-home’ moms as they entered the corporate world in order to compete with the men for a bigger salary. All in all—this was engineered, and a brilliant piece of marketing that Hollywood supported with film and TV propaganda.
From ‘Timmy and Lassie’ to ‘Elroy and Astro’—little had changed except for the superficial contextual background. The classic Western motif of the simple life of rugged husbands and loyal wives living on the prairie, or the gunslingers and good- guy marshals, paved the way for the next chapter in TV programming. By the 1960’s, Marshal Matt Dillon— the moral arm of the law—had been replaced by Sci-Fi archetypes like Captain Kirk and a pointy-eared Vulcan called ‘Spock’ (not to be confused with Dr.Benjamin Spock of the same period). Children were being fed a slick sterile version of a perfect future in the guise of a Saturday morning cartoon program called, “The Jetsons.”
In the end, Matt Dillon and “Gunsmoke” continued to garner adequate Nielsen Ratings to ensure that it would outlast Star Trek. This illustrates how the audience’s attention reverberates with the basic ‘good vs evil’ story premises that were the basis for most of the Gunsmoke episodes.
Most of the program choices seemed innocuous enough at the time. The kid’s shows, like ‘The Jetsons’ and ‘The Flintstones’, seemed like harmless cartoons that acted as babysitters so the parents could sleep-in on a Saturday morning. Upon reflection, and seeing how the world has turned out, the Saturday cartoon shows and the visual messaging appears a bit more like brainwashing.
Follow the money…
The promotional blurb below is taken from Nielsen’s website, and this proves once again that the programming agenda always has a profit motive. Neilsen Ratings are just another metrics measurement system that aids in monetizing a return on investment.
DEEP SPACE & DEEP STATE
The children of the 1960’s were being groomed to accept the broadcasts of ‘serialized’ ideals that were presenting superior technologically-advanced programs (‘programming’,i.e.,‘indoctrination’). This is not to suggest that every scriptwriter or producer was aware of the power of ‘suggestion and programming’ via repetitive images and narratives within the totality of menu options available. It is more insidious than this. Complicity requires a certain amount of ignorance: the best stooge is one who doesn’t know they’re a stooge.
The producers on a payroll and scriptwriters for hire were simply working within a financial paradigm that encouraged herd-think, and maintain loyalty to a system of reward that meant that creature comforts were guaranteed. Welcome to the jungle, or Matrix, or treadmill paradigm defined by, ‘don’t rock the boat’ or, ‘Don’t bite the hand that feeds you!’
Over time the indoctrination schedule has cultivated ‘herd acquiescence’, or complicit subservience, to a system of exchange that has rendered the magnificent human spirit as mere chattel for hire. We’ve been swindled.
Social Engineering is a reality…
Social engineering is the engine of oppression.
In recent years, herd “Lockstep” has become far more obvious. The mask mandates are still in motion (I see members of the herd wearing ‘em all the time—even though we’re told it’s a personal choice now). The confusion and denial regarding a bioweaponized pLandemic still remains a contentious point of disagreement among educated adults.
What we now understand regarding the trajectory of the technocratic upswing is that dissolving family cohesion and societal unity, and the degradation of national pride were purposeful—and one can now review numerous videos on You Tube that examine the strategic demise of American culture. Even mainstream journalists such as Tucker Carlson comment frequently on what we have lost. The family values of our ancestors have been demoted to the dustbins of nostalgic obsolescence. We’ve also seen how the State and media have, more or less, rendered adults and parental love and wisdom as ‘out of step’ with the times. The new normal means Big Brother knows best, and this translates as AI is your best friend.
Nostalgia—When Fathers Knew Best…
‘Religiousity’ is engineering…
In today’s most recent global drama-rama powerplay—the term “anti-Semitic” has been elevated to new heights of un-sanity. In Paul Joseph Watson’s concise, and darkly humorous dissection— we are privy to the lack of logic and sense-ability we humans were once entitled to as spiritually focused souls. Once again—these sorts of attacks on our native intellectual capacity are evidence that ‘human sensibility’ is irksome and unnecessary in accord with the ruling elite’s ultimate agenda.
Paul Joseph Watson, on fire:
The myth of the ‘Chosen People’ is an act of violence against all who are not considered as chosen people; which has translated as a weapon against anyone who isn’t in the club.
The Scarcity Myth—a useful tool for the Oligarchs…
…the set-up still in play
Let’s review Kissinger’s speech from 1974, keeping in mind that he was instrumental in creating the European Management Forum in 1971, later to become the WEF in 1987:
Kissinger devoted the remainder of his address to outlining the historical precedents and current realities of the global ‘food crisis’. [RTT-note: insert “manufactured crisis”] Resolving the problem required the United States and other nations to mount an “urgent cooperative worldwide action,” designed to increase and accelerate production, improve food quality and distribution networks, and guard against crop emergencies. The Secretary then detailed the ways in which the United States planned to meet these goals and concluded his remarks by stating: “Our responsibility is clear. Let the nations gathered here resolve to confront the challenge, not each [Page 251] other. Let us agree that the scale and severity of the task require a collaborative effort unprecedented in history. And let us make global cooperation in food a model for our response to other challenges of an interdependent world: energy, inflation, population, protection of the environment.” (Department of State Bulletin, December 16, 1974, pages 821–829)
Quel evil irony…
re: The duplicitous details regarding Kissinger’s disingenuous declarations regarding the need to “improve food quality” and “…guard against food emergencies” as if to suggest his magnitude of compassionate concern for humanity’s future—translates as hypocritical political hyperbole…especially when considering Kissinger’s paradoxical actions as a war criminal,i.e., the carpet bombing of Cambodia and Laos in tandem with spraying toxic defoliants to destroy agriculture and life sustaining infrastructure. His actions discredit any semblance of genuine concern for humans anywhere on planet Earth. More evidence that suggests controlling human minds by attacking the microbiome, and creating scarcity.

Controlling farming practices is the critical key regarding bioengineering in service to social engineering. Hence the Gates organization is buying up farmland.
In regard to the quote attributed to Kissinger (above), Reuters published a disclaimer a year ago or so discrediting the veracity of Kissinger’s statement:
Interesting timing, what with so much disclosure in evidence that further discredits the motives of the establishment’s NGO’s, foundations, and faux-governmental agencies. Need we still ask: Who owns the corporate Media?
In conclusion: Who controls the microbiome, the hippocampus, and the media controls the minds of human beings.

Before there was electronic media we had print media. Before that, we had word of mouth and story-telling. Indigenous native people’s on this continent maintained a sense of history and perspective for many centuries simply through story-telling. The native indigenous tribes on the North American continent lived in accord with a code that was eco-logical. Nothing wasted, everything of value used with a reverence for its place in the universe. Buffalo hides became robes. Deer skin became moccasins. Prayers occurred before a tribal hunt. The reverence and affinity for the human connection with the Earth mother was integral to the spectrum of life.
The wisdom teachings from the final chapter of the indigenous people’s reign as free people on the continent still resonate as relevant…
"What is Life? "It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset. The True Peace. The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness, with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells Wakan-Taka (the Great Spirit), and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us. This is the real peace, and the others are but reflections of this. The second peace is that which is made between two individuals, and the third is that which is made between two nations. But above all you should understand that there can never be peace between nations until there is known that true peace, which, as I have often said, is within the souls of men."

“Although there is no direct translation in English, "aho" is often associated with a sense of affirmation, agreement, and acknowledgment. It is a word of unity, expressing a deep understanding and connection to the natural world, the spirit realm, and one another.”

Hayek’s basic argument was that government control of our economic lives amounts to totalitarianism. “Economic control is not merely control of a sector of human life which can be separated from the rest,” he wrote, “it is the control of the means for all our ends.”
