One of our fellow intrepid journo-observers, Alexandra Bruce, posted an election-interference whistleblower testimonial on Friday as I was going to vote.
It’s possibly the most relevant political intel to digest in 2024—especially for anyone who believes in a democratic-constitutional process. Either we choose to allow the Technocrats to turn us into borgs, and AI plays Big Brother— or we become actively engaged in responsible actions which cultivate greater participation and individual responsibility…
…That’s what this election means for me.
Foreign Election Interference in the 21st Century:
“Federal Whistleblower Exposes Shocking Roadmap of Foreign Control Over US Elections”
Understanding the foundations of the greatest evils on the planet is the critical key to resolving the consistent and pervasive attacks on human sovereignty and world peace.
Gary Berntsen has assembled the hard evidence and forensic minutiae which incriminates the most organized crime syndicate on planet Earth of election interference in nations worldwide. The organization is known as “Cartel Del Sol.”
Backstory—
On March, 26th 2020 the Office of Public Affairs, US Dept of Justice issued this press release headline:
“Nicolás Maduro Moros and 14 Current and Former Venezuelan Officials Charged with Narco-Terrorism, Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Criminal Charges”
This 2020 Venezuelan detail is illustrative of the motives and money behind the entire ‘SPECTRE-esque’ playbook. According to Berntsen’s report, at least six Venezuelan cabinet members have been indicted by the US Government.
According to Berntsen’s investigation, Cartel Del Sol’s narcotics enterprise, aka: “narco-terrorism”, yields an estimated 40 metric tons of cocaine every month, and the drug is distributed throughout the world. However, this is just one aspect of the syndicate’s profit mechanism. They have also stolen a Trillion dollars from the Venezuelan government’s oil corporation—Petróleos de Venezuela SA (PDVSA).
I have yet to learn how the Cartel pulled off their ‘oil’ heist. My guess is Ian Fleming or Mi5 could suggest a few plausible scenarios on how to set up the money-laundering scam. In addition to the Venezuelan oil co. heist, the cartel has also stolen approximately half a Trillion US dollars from the Venezuelan bank.
In terms of dot connects, for my money—the influx of Venezuelan gangs (aka, ‘Tren de Aragua’) and criminals, especially at this time— prior to the US presidential election, is extremely suspicious. I mean— hello!
Political Intrigue:
The Venezuelan government was formerly governed by a Marxist candidate, Hugo Chávez (president of Venezuela from 1999 until his death in 2013). Chávez supported the use of ‘Smartmatic’ voting machines which were conceived as a means to control election outcomes. The caveat to this ‘rigging’ revelation must be viewed from a 360 degree perspective in order to gain deeper insights regarding the motives and intentions of Chávez. It is a matter of historical record that the cia was involved in assassinations, and election interference in Latin American countries as previously reported in Senate hearings and journalistic exposés. Therefore, some critics of US foreign policy may be somewhat sympathetic with Chávez’s desire to control elections in his own country—especially when considering his awareness of cia efforts to select the winning candidate in Venezuelan elections.

“Chávez worked to create a Latin American alliance powerful enough not only to expel U.S. influence from the region but also to compete politically and economically with the United States and the European Union.” [question: was another intention to expel cia spooks?]
“…many Latin Americans felt [foreign initiatives] were pushed on them by the United States and by international lending agencies such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.”
“Chávez’s critics cited Venezuela’s massive arms buildup, its transfer of money and arms to the Colombian guerrilla group FARC, its military alliance with Russia, and its continentwide media coverage as proof of Chávez’s intent to destabilize large sections of Latin America in a sort of “superinsurgency.”
The backstory on Chávez complicates the visible narratives that many savvy political observers might consider as relevant to the optics as presented via whistleblowers like Berntsen, or the conclusions of the alternative press community. Since we know that Berntsen is a former Langley spook, we must consider his allegiances: Which faction is he loyal to— White hat or Black hat? How much of the Venezuelan election interference is related to the global mafia (some call Sabbatean/Khazarian mafia)? Even so, when considering ‘white hat/black hat’ ops—manipulating the voting machines and controlling election outcomes needs to be brought to an end. Otherwise, elections are moot.
The Langley spooks have been interfering in Latin American elections for many decades. During JFK’s presidency the threat of communism was a critical issue, and it was in this regard that the intelligence community was enlisted to thwart any government that was pro-commie, and more importantly—to oppose interests that were adversarial to US ‘corporate’ omnipotence. At the beginning of his tenure as POTUS, JFK believed that Vietnam was an important US military target due to the communist incursion. [We know of JFK’s communist concerns today because we have recordings on tape as evidence. And yet, we also know that he wanted to break up the cia. And we know that he was assassinated by an organized cabal, with implications regarding the cia’s involvement at some level.]
Neo-Cons vs Neo Liberal—the Cluster Flock
In 2024, the semantic cognitive inversions are a matter of daily life. The Liberal-Left now appears as a front for communist directives which include the totalitarian new- world-global order. And yet, the neo-cons are supporting WW3 and use Israel and Ukraine to ensure the supremacy of the Pentagon’s military-industrial-corporate doctrine. Neo-cons and Neo-liberals are just two wings on the same corporate-military bird.
In another example of optical confusion, the 2016 ‘Russian collusion’ trope was used relentlessly by the anti-Trump players, and also fortified a consensus among our representatives in Congress that Russia is still a formidable threat to our economic security, and safety. Meantime, there’s the China virus (biowarfare = infection by injection) narrative to consider.
The global economic transition is the major event in 2024/2025. As of October 25th, the BRICS Alliance has expanded to include 13 new members. This is a clear indication that the West’s former FED/Central Bank’s economic supremacy is being challenged.
In terms of economic security, and defense readiness, the neo-conservative purview plays out as:
The US has many enemies throughout the world, and the US military is the global police force that maintains global security and ensures peace; and yet, for anyone who is historically informed— we are aware of the contradictions and blatant propaganda that lingers in the post cold war 21st century multi-polar political drama.
However, the days of the US military playing global cop appears to be coming to an end.
In essence— details of note: The Soviet Union collapsed while President Reagan was in office. The Chinese government is a hybrid, a capitalist-communist state run enterprise. Neither country spends as much on its military as the US. (although China is now a contender in this dept.) Still, in the realm of cyber warfare, our nation can be targeted via the internet and weaponized satellites. And as we are aware, nefarious darker forces are hacking national elections worldwide—and this may be a bigger threat than conventional weaponry.
One question that arises: Since the US DoD is now obsolete as a ‘global police force (formerly on retainer as a defense agency for the British Royal Crown and the Davos Banksters), what will be the role of the US as a player in the 21st century global economy? One answer that is waving like a red flag before our very eyes has to do with Space exploration and a Mars mission. And yet, NASA (Not A Space Agency) will not be the actual contender for the role of US Space Czar. We also have a ‘Space Force’ that is in actuality a means to protect the US from cyber attacks.
A logical appointee for Space Exploration Czar: Elon Musk.
CHAPTER TWO—ELECTIONS AND ILLUSIONS—POST 9/11
The ‘Sticky Wicket’—hypotheticals and the modern day PSYOP swamp—
The alternative narrative, that some characterize as a “Q” narrative interpretation, defines most of what is ‘visible’ (and produced via corporate media) as an optical illusion. Just as we’ve seen multiple actors portray Joe Biden (and at least one Jill Biden double), Obama, and Bill & Hilary; all of which is testimony to the sophistication of the tech tools in 2024. Seeing an image on a screen is not adequate proof of identity-verification in the age of deep fakes(CGI) and sophisticated masks (compliments of Hollywood/cia visual tech.)

#17) narrative considerations (for the open-minded sleuth)
Please bear with me on the following inquiry. A podcast would be much simpler because semantics and the written word have become a fierce battleground during an age of ‘Semantic-Cognitive-Dysfunction.’
As one brief example of ‘semantic-cognitive-dysfunction’ I’ll cite a personal exchange that occurred at the polling place on Friday. After voting (I chose the paper ballot) I saw a man with white hair and a short white beard who was wearing a baseball cap that had the slogan, “Make America Sane Again.” I figured he might’ve been Grateful Dead fan. I was friendly and told him that I liked his hat and said, “I like the slogan—it sounds like something I might say.” We made some small talk, and then my voting friend exited the polling station and joined us. My friend who is politically sharp made mention of previous elections, and the man perked up and said, “I wore this hat when I voted in the last election, and it brought me luck…” My friend and I looked at each other and politely excused ourselves— “Have a great day!”, as we were joined by another member of our early-vote group. My friend and I were flabbergasted. How had we misread the man as a Trump supporter?! We had engaged in banter that went beyond innocuous slogans on baseball caps— and I read him as a ‘liberal’ who was still sensible. One man’s ‘sane’ is another man’s ‘un-sane.’
Part of me wishes that I had quoted Mel Gibson who was recently questioned about the presidential election—Gibson’s response to the reporter: “She’s got the IQ of a fence post.” Boom!
Back to optics and trying to read the entire cluster-flock in play:
Premise: an organized ‘global’ military op is in play to shut down various criminal orgs that are directly aligned with the central banksters and Black Nobility. The players (that we have trusted, until only very recently— for some observers), such as the IMF, World Bank, UN, CFR, WHO, etc. have essentially worn a duplicitous mask— while disguised as ‘agencies which protect the people from greedy sociopaths’,while covertly cultivating poverty by design— in order to maintain the ruling elite’s lifestyle as global kings.
In other words, and here’s where the sticky wicket gets very sticky—the corporate elites who fund the foundations and NGO’s which influence governmental policies throughout the world are shaping our national agenda unbeknownst to many voters who trust the machines which tabulate the citizen’s votes.
By relying on tech and machines manufactured in China we have entrusted our lives and our national security to the owners of the machine tech—

Premise: ‘Left and Right wing— two wings on the same bird.’ …Follow the money—
The popular economic narratives, that circulate like so much dust in the wind, have reached a point where we must address the absurdity of international deficits and national debt.
Mr. Spock (Star Trek’s logical Vulcan) might say it like this: ‘If every nation on Planet Earth is in debt, and every country owes another country x-amount of ‘shekels’—then we are looking at a zero sum game.’ Then comes the followup query: Who issues the money, and who benefits as long as nations do not control their own treasury assets?
And this brings us back to the eco-financial problems which were deliberately cultivated at the beginning of the Twentieth Century, which I would argue began in the late 1800’s, just after the US Civil War ended. Quel coincidence!
In hindsight—the entire spectrum of 20th century ‘finance and politics’ (one and the same) followed a schematic which spawned a military industry which enriched the wealth and power of a global elite. In the words of Major-General Smedley Butler: “War is a racket.” [Major-General Smedley Darlington Butler (July 30, 1881 – June 21, 1940) was a United States Marine Corps officer and writer.]
Conclusion: conspiracies are merely a ‘business plan’ (as I’ve restated in many articles, just so we don’t get lost in the weeds of ‘theory.’) In tandem with financial schemes and scams, we’ve been indoctrinated (i.e., brainwashed) via diabolically clever social-engineering ‘programs’ that are considered as credible and necessary by the programmers who sit on corporate foundation boards and operate as university functionaries. The end result has been a highly regimented society which operates as a machine. Anyone who criticizes or questions the power structure will be met with such idiocies as: “someone has to remove the garbage!”; or “someone has to run the power plant, water works, sewage treatment!”, etc.
Thus, many human ‘beings’ have accepted the role of “cog” in their machine. And nowhere has this “cog-nition” become more profoundly apparent than within the structures of a global technocracy hell bent on Corporate-AI governance.
Engineered Elections: The Winner is ‘Selected’

Getting back to Berntsen’s investigation into foreign election interference— the fact that Cartel Del Sol can control election outcomes in countries throughout the world means that they operate a sophisticated software hacking operation involving, “source codes.” Whoever controls the source-code, can manipulate election results. Who owns the code? …Apparently the Venezuelan Bank has the Dominion machine’s source code locked away in its cyber-vault.

Motives & Playbook
In consideration of the motives of Globalist gangsters I’ll volunteer that the various crime syndicates often work in tandem, and often compete for the same prize. Just as the cabal behind JFK’s assassination may have been at odds on some fronts, while in agreement that he represented a threat to the exploits and profit motives of every global criminal enterprise. Essentially, Machiavelli was a mafia guru (sans spiritual integrity).
In the current dystopian election realm we are witnessing a myriad of players, orgs, NGO’s, and corporate tyrants, all jockeying for their place in the next world order. The details shared by Berntsen regarding the manipulation of votes via Smartmatic/Dominion machines in the hands of Cartel Del Sol, and the playbook of the WEF and its cronies—all add up to a major endgame battle that will determine whether humankind will celebrate Truth, and cultivate a sovereign’s right to freedom—or succumbing to the will of tyrants who wish to remain the rulers of the planetary realm.
