Psy-Ops: a Psychological Primer

1968-1970’s
In 1968 President Lyndon B. Johnson was concerned about the riots and African Americans (“negro” citizens, as labeled by LBJ at the time) who engaged in mass protests in response to the assassination of Martin Luther King. In that same year, Robert F. Kennedy would also be assassinated. During this tumultuous era, the Vietnam war was a trigger point which divided the US. A division characterized by those citizens who felt the US needed to oppose communism, and those activists who believed that the war was yet another “rich man’s war” designed to keep a military industrial corporate empire in business. Upon reflection we may now better understand that the so-called division(s) among the American people—whether racially defined or politically fabricated—were largely manipulated by a corporate media phalanx in support of the established order.

In 2026, we may review history from a fresh vantage point:
China and Russia, once considered as communist regimes (in the common view), now appear as yet another corporate-capitalist construct where a billionaire entrepreneur such as Elon Musk can set up a *Tesla factory in China, and sell his cars in the US and Asia. This is an example of globalism in action. It’s only business…nothing new to see here except for the broader globalist perspective. Hence, the US and European interests in support of a war against encroaching communist infiltration in Vietnam now appears as yet another globalist con-artist’s card trick. Corporate consolidation and international banking interests would benefit once Vietnam conceded to the terms of the next world order’s control grid.
*Musk’s Tesla factory is “located in Shanghai, which is situated in the eastern coastal region of the country. This facility, known as Gigafactory Shanghai, is in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai and is the primary production hub for Tesla vehicles in Asia.”
In 1968 we had yet to experience the collapse of the Wall St/ Central Bank operation which wouldn’t occur until 2008. By 2010, the “Occupy Wall St.” citizen uprising would reach its ignition stage, and the people throughout the world would align as the awakened, “99%”.
And yet, the cognitive dissonances had not reached the stage where a person who was “woke” and another person who was “aware” were at odds…
…The next phase of a psyop was triggered by the pLandemic (*COVID-19:The Great Reset)—an epic psyop of such great magnitude that to this day we are still unable to converse openly about its impact, or even agree on the very fact that this was an epic “media-psyop” perpetrated upon the entire world. The psychological aberration which was cultivated may be labeled as an “estrangement-syndrome.” Families and friends would be further divided in accord with those informed adults who were against the use of a ‘bioweapon’ (erroneously, or purposely[?] called, “anti-vaxxers”), and those who dutifully got the jab in obedience to authoritarian dictates and the manufactured health propaganda. Do we recall how we heard folks say, “do it for your grandparents”, or “do it for the team?”
The juxtaposition of the riots in Chicago in 1968, and the AI-directed digital prison complex which looms in 2026, speaks volumes in terms of a psyop-context when analyzing the coordinates of what must be considered as a ‘MK Ultra/Mockingbird’ generated psyop.
We are truly in Orwellian territory now…not some day soon.

In the following video presentation we are apprised of how psyops are ‘manufactured’; and also how the insidious psychological programming is constructed. I hope you will enjoy the lesson that should be required of every student, regardless of age.
As more people become aware of how a psyop is projected and manufactured we will all be better off. The most disturbing aspect of a psyop hinges on “herd-mind” or “group-think”, and this is why a psyop is like a mental virus. [*one might argue that the actual COVID-19 ‘pandemic’ was an attack on collective ‘mind’, rather than a gain-of-function bioweapon,i.e., the real gain of function has to do with a motive to control human minds.]
When a group of humans agree that a “threat” or “plague” is real, the appearance or agreement regarding the threat overrules an individual’s critical thinking skill set. Tribal affiliation and societal acceptance tend to sway most people who rely on group-acceptance as a matter of survival— or suffer the consequences, i.e., non-existence.
Not many folks are ready to follow Yoda or Luke Skywalker off to an isolated planetary exile. We need to align as a cooperative community if life support systems are to function, and this forms the basis for acceptable behavior and particular aspects of reasonable conformity. All else is most often a form of tyrannical bureaucratic programming.
Anyhow…just to connect a few dots—
I recently watched Haskell Wexler’s movie (produced in 1968) entitled, “Medium Cool,” and it is possibly the most formidable example of ‘Life as Art’, or ‘cinema verité meets docudrama’ I can recall when considering 50 years of cinematography…
…Not that it’s necessarily a fun film to review, or even a way to relax and unwind after a day at the office; but it is contextually fulfilling. It’s akin to having a really great meal and knowing that dessert is unnecessary.
On the Criterion Collection DVD two disc set, watching the supplemental disc is like taking a college course in cinema, while digesting historical details that too many folks have forgotten, or may now consider as irrelevant. The relevancy of Wexler’s supplemental commentary in 2026 cannot be overstated. If you do seek out this two disc set, please don’t ignore the second disc.
