The spin is what is of interest to me. Perhaps “Spin Detective” is a noteworthy career for the 2023 era of deep-state programming.

…had this to say re Powell’s case dismissal—

(Bloomberg) -- A Texas judge has tossed out a disciplinary case against attorney Sidney Powell, finding state bar regulators failed to present enough valid evidence to keep alive claims that she violated ethics rules by filing frivolous post-election lawsuits.
SPIN ANALYSIS
First off, the headline indicates immediate bias: “Trump 2020…”
I have been under the impression that 2020 was supposed to be about the future of the nation, not a hissing match between Democrats and Republicans. Guess I was watching the wrong channel.
Sidney categorically stated, for any reporter with ears and able to listen, that she was not Trump’s attorney and that she was representing the US citizenry in a quest for election integrity.
The fact that the headline is calculated to trigger either a Lefty Woke-Orange-man-bad reaction, or the reaction of patriots who care about election fraud—both are factors in designing a headline that makes Sidney’s case sound like it was all about Trump.
This was never the case for any citizen who is aware of ballot box stuffing or dead people’s votes. This is a sad detail when it comes to inane and fruitless arguments with anyone who wears the ‘never-Trump’ badge as if it is meaningful. [for my money—I was concerned about the facts I had gleaned in doing the homework and had discovered about the Biden team’s dealings with Chinese Oligarchs and Ukraine Oily-garchs. Those particular details were only two of the warning flags.]
Perhaps, I might’ve listened to Sidney in interviews and followed the case for fraud closer than many voters—because I’m wired this way. Patriotism and a general distrust for the corrupted Sodom of these times known as DC(District of Corruption) has groomed me for status as a dissident and anti-establishment citizen reporter. In effect, this is my disclaimer and notice that I too have a bias— a bias that directs me to dig deeper and ask questions when it comes to the “cartoon news” narratives.
Call it a ‘Truth-bias’ as shorthand.
I’ll highlight a few selections in an attempt to deconstruct Yahoo’s cartoon news view.
“Powell, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump [“staunch ally”: word choice to hammer the point home: Powell is an ally of Trump’s —not an ally of the voters in the US of A] …following the 2020 presidential election,
lead a series of unsuccessful legal efforts to contest President Joe Biden’s wins in battleground states.”
“unsuccessful legal efforts”—this plants the notion firmly in mind that her efforts were plausibly partisan and directed as if her alliance with Trump was the only detail of merit—and highlights the fact that her efforts were baseless rather than an important aspect that was particularly historic re the 2020 election. During the 2020 election investigations, there was too much forensic evidence (culled from videos and aberrant behavior of election officials) to simply write off Sidney Powell’s efforts as baseless—and hence, “unsuccessful.” If we look at the efforts of Powell from another vantage point we might conclude that her efforts were very successful because the consistency of her work kept the story alive in the realm of a deep state-controlled media matrix.
The next line is classic clown psych-out hyperbole:
“She also promoted false conspiracy theories of widespread election fraud, including that voting machine software had flipped votes for Trump to Biden and had its origins in election-rigging efforts in Venezuela.”
FLAG: Sidney Powell— “…promoted false conspiracy theories…”
We all know by now that the use of the phrase “false conspiracy theories” is supposed to convince a person to dismiss any plausible and notable detail that suggests fraud as if it is merely some political ploy, or worse—the delusions of a nut job. This is a classic switch & bait tactic and standard operating practice in DC.
FACT: Dominion voting machines have been exposed as corruptable with back doors and internet access—which Dominion’s executive spin doctors refuted as false accusations. I believe Dominion is still under investigation. The fact that election rigging in Venezuela had occurred only gives merit to the cause for an investigation re Dominion’s voting “system” in the US.
“The Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline filed a case against Powell last March in state district court in Dallas County, accusing her of professional misconduct. Bar regulators won an earlier round, with Judge Andrea Bouressa denying Powell’s motion to dismiss the case last summer.”
I am not a lawyer, and yet feel that there’s a certain cynical angle re the Texas Commissions’ protestation characterized as: “professional misconduct”,i.e., are we then to presume that when someone suspects foul play, ‘tis better to ignore evidence than to behave in such a bothersome manner? …Sidney Powell was a bad girl and needed quiet time(or needed to be quieted down a peg or two). Seems like the Commission for Lawyer Discipline was a trifle biased if ya ask me.
Here’s the good news:
“But in a four-page order entered on Wednesday, Bouressa, a Republican appointee of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, found that the commission failed to meet its burden on several claims it had lodged against Powell because of apparent issues with how it presented evidence and simply failed to respond to Powell’s challenges to others.”
The judge identified “numerous defects” with the commission’s court filings, noting that exhibits were mislabeled or not cited in its briefs. She wrote that she “alerted the parties to difficulty locating materials cited in the Commission’s brief, but the Commission responded that no corrective action was necessary.”
THIS:
“…the Commission responded that no corrective action was necessary.”
Oh really?
So, the sloppy management of the Commission’s Lawyer Discipline efforts should just be swept under the rug and forgotten? Nothing to see here, move along…
We have another election coming up in 2024, and we’re supposed to trust whatever the election stooges tell us…even if Dominion still gets the contract? And for those citizens who are unaware of Powell’s unwavering stand for fair and honest elections, she’s just another cartoon moment for Yahoo News.
