And in consideration of his many quotes re colonies on Mars--I may presume that incubators and the transhumanist agenda fit hand in glove. He has stated that Starlink might be some type of human "grid", and he is most certainly aligned with computer-AI tech as a solution to the world's problems-- and the optimal course for humanity to pursue.
